  • For OSAP release issues: Are you waiting for your spring 2024 term OSAP funding to be issued? Ensure you are Fees Arranged and that you’ve completed all the applicable OSAP steps for the school to confirm your enrolment.

Service Canada SIN Clinics

Service Canada representatives will be in The Centre issuing and renewing SINs for Waterloo students.

Upcoming dates: 

  • Tuesday, January 16, 2024 
  • Thursday, February 15, 2024 
  • Tuesday, March 19, 2024

Clinics take place between 9am and 4pm. To book an appointment; drop by The Centre, call 519-888-4567, ext. 42268, or book online via Portal (available beginning at noon, the day prior to the appointment). 

International Students: don't forget to bring your original passport, your original study permit and (if applicable) original work permit.

Canadian Citizens: must bring two pieces of valid Government issued identification, one of which must have a photo. 

We recommend booking your same-day appointment early in the morning as appointment times fill up quickly.
