When is this happening?

• Friday, November 28, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to Monday, December 1 until 8:30 a.m. ET

Complete this form if you are a student (undergraduate or graduate) and require OSAP funding for the upcoming winter term and you have already applied for fall 2025 OSAP and your confirmation of enrolment has been completed; and

• Study term in winter 2026: you intend on taking at least 1.5 units (or 1.0 unit for students with a disability status with OSAP; or
• Official co-op work term in winter 2026: you require additional listing costs while on an official co-op work term.

Course selection is the first phase of the course registration process.

• You can add courses to your winter 2026 wish list anytime during the Course Selection Period from September 19 (8:15 a.m.) to September 29 (11:59 p.m.).
• Enrolment in the selected courses is not on a first-come first-served basis.
• Enrolment in the selected courses is not guaranteed.

Date reminders

• Reserves on most classes will be removed Wednesday, September 10.
• The last day to add/swap classes is Tuesday, September 16.
• The last day to drop a class with a 100% tuition refund is Tuesday, September 23.

The University recommends you review - and update if necessary - your personal information on file at the beginning of each term.

Student Awards & Financial Aid will confirm your enrolment on your OSAP account and release your funding. We start this process one week before classes begin and you could have your OSAP funding applied to your student account and/or receive funding as early as the first few weeks of September. This process will continue regularly throughout the term.
