The fall 2024 term is beginning in a couple of weeks! Below you will find some action items and information to get you ready for the term.

What is happening?

All content from the following websites will be moved to an updated version of The Centre website:

• Student Awards and Financial Aid (SAFA)
• Quest
• University of Waterloo Forms (Undergraduate and Graduate)
• Additionally, all student content from the Registrar's Office website will be moved to the new Centre site; a simplified version of the Registrar's Office (RO) site will remain.

When will I receive my fall 2024 OSAP funding?

Student Awards & Financial Aid will confirm your enrolment on your OSAP account and release your funding. We start this process one week before classes begin and you could have your OSAP funding applied to your student account and/or receive funding as early as the first few weeks of September. This process will continue regularly throughout the term.

Upcoming dates: 

• Thursday, August 8
• Wednesday, August 28

Clinics take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. To book an appointment; drop by The Centre, call 519-888-4567, ext. 42268, or book online via Portal (available beginning at noon, the day prior to the appointment).

Spring final exams take place August 2-17. View the current exam schedule for dates, times, and locations. Take the time now to get familiar with all the final exam protocols that you need to follow on the day of your in-person exam(s).

The spring 2024 final examination schedule has been posted.

• Examination room information is expected to be added to the schedule by June 17.
• Any changes to the schedule will be posted on the final examination schedule web page.
• You should verify any specific exam room and/or arrangements with your instructor.
