  • Get familiar with all the final examination protocols that you need to follow on the day of your in-person final examination(s).
  • Don't forget your identification - WatCard (preferred) or government issued photo id - at home.
  • If there is potential for a weather-related closure, before coming to campus, check the University homepage or social media (Facebook and X (formally Twitter)) and check your email for updates on cancelled/rescheduled final examinations.

Writing in the Physical Activities Complex (PAC)

  • Access to the PAC for final examination purposes is limited to the South and West entrances on Ring Road.
    • The SLC/PAC Main (East) entrance is reserved for students requiring an accessible entrance; staff at the service desk will assist students in using the elevator to the PAC gym.
    • The North entrance will be locked.
  • Exterior PAC doors will remain locked until 15 minutes prior to the start time of each final examination; dress according to the weather.
  • PAC washroom access is limited to the two closest facilities at the South and West entrances; single-stall all-gender washrooms are available upon request.
