UW Fitness links research and clinical expertise with practice to provide high quality comprehensive fitness appraisals and exercise management programs unique to our community.

Whether developing specialized fitness testing and training for those who have received a diagnosis of cancer or motivating and educating clinically obese teens to embrace healthy active lifestyles, UW Fitness is helping people of all ages take control of their health.

Our programs, including UW WELL-FIT, UW LIVING-FIT, and Teens In Motion, have had a profound effect on the lives of many people. In order to expand our programs and be able to offer them at little or no cost to the participants, outside sources of funding are required.
