University of Waterloo School of Architecture Professor Adrian Blackwell recently appeared on Toronto's City News alongside Parkdale Neighbourhood Land Trust. To discuss a Gentrification Tax proposal developed through a collboartion between Gentrication Tax Action, Parkdale Nighbourhood Land Trust, LGA Architectural Partners, Blackwell Engineers.

Lateral Office, a firm co-founded by School of Architecture Professor Lola Sheppard, has been named as a 2023 Canadian Architecture Award of Merit recipient for their Inuusirvik Community Wellness Hub project.
