How are users effected? 

Users will no longer be able to use Remote Desktop to access any Arts Computing Labs. Our labs are open for users physically on campus. All software is still available through Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

Full service has been restored within Quest, and all users should be able to log in and work within the system as normal. Information Systems & Technology is coordinating an incident report that will be shared with appropriate stakeholders, including a follow-up with the vendor and lessons learned.

The expanded MATLAB campus license will continue as a site license, on an ongoing basis.

• Enrolled students
• Employees (faculty, staff, researchers)

How can MATLAB be used?

• Software administration, teaching, and non-commercial academic research
• Data center use

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2017 will be removed from all IST managed computers in Academic Support departments.
