Alicia Flatt

Career Advisor

Alicia advises students on work search strategies, résumés, cover and broadcast letters, and interview skills. She also provides support to students navigating the co-op process and delivers workshops to University of Waterloo students across campus.

Alicia has a Master of Arts in Higher Education from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History from Redeemer University College. She has also taken a number of courses in the Career Development Practitioner Program at Conestoga College. 

Kayla Klimasko

Career Advisor

Kayla advises students on résumé and cover letter writing, job search strategies, interview skills, and co-op process navigation. She also organizes events in the Centre for Career Action and supervises a Project Assistant on marketing and social media tasks.

Kait Hazzard

Career Advisor

Kait advises students on résumé and cover letter writing, job search strategies, interview skills, and co-op process navigation.

Kait holds a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto, a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Development Studies from North Central University.
