The Centre for Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) is a leader in the pedagogy and practice of work-integrated learning. We design and deliver world-leading WIL curriculum that is informed by research and best practice and co-constructed by faculty members, industry and community partners, students, and WIL teaching and learning experts.
Waterloo undergraduate and graduate students engage in our curriculum via a suite of innovative academic courses and our alternative WIL programs. Through our courses and programs, we support students in:
- preparing for the future of work,
- understanding how their WIL experiences and classroom learning are connected, and
- finding their sense of purpose.
