What is the landscape for onsite and offsite renewable power across Canada today? What opportunities does this present for CRE owners? Can we develop a model/map of onsite rooftop solar across key Canadian markets and CRE asset classes? (office, retail, industrial and multi-res). Ontario’s grid is poised to change so that companies can invest in VPPAs to manage their electricity costs and emissions. What is the potential opportunity here for CRE companies and what should they be doing to prepare / capitalize on it?
