Brief description of the organization
Sanguen Health Centre is a community-based health organization rooted in harm reduction, and serving those who are under-serviced in our community, including people who use drugs, and those who are experiencing, or have experienced homelessness.
Problem area

Scheduling for our drop-in centre (there are a lot of parameters that need to be met to be compliant in this space, and some users have limited knowledge and/or access to technology)

Expense and Mileage claim reporting (this is very inconsistent from our staff!)
Main objectives
We are aware of paid platforms that exist for both of these problems, however, in order to access all of the "nice-to-have" features, it is often out of our price range, given that our budgets are very restricted.
Scope of work
Building a useable platform.
Deliverables
Being able to login to a website or software platform would be helpful. Access from a phone or tablet or desktop will be needed.

Skills and training required
It would be great if the members of the team would attend an online training session about harm reduction, and the inclusive, nuanced language that we use day in and day out. This is always conducted by a leader within our organization, and takes about 2 hours.
