Overview
The project management for WIL teams module is a practical, student-facing resource designed to support successful collaboration and project execution within work-integrated learning (WIL) courses. This module provides customizable templates and guidance for creating a team charter, developing a project plan and producing weekly project status reports. Instructors can integrate the module into courses that include a team-based WIL project to equip students with foundational project management skills relevant to the workplace.
