Microbial Solutions for Single Use Plastic

Join us for a science focused panel discussion on the topic of microbes and plastics featuring researchers and industry guests on November 25 at 3pm in DC 1302. Hear our exciting panel (David Levin, Hyung-Sool Lee, Komal Habib and Tej Gidda) give a brief (5-8min) outline of their work as related to the topic, followed by a moderator led discussion for the rest of the hour.

Teams have each chosen an important industry problem, and will now pitch their research to a panel of judges for a chance to win up to $30k in grant funding. The 5-minute pitches will demonstrate each competitor’s knowledge of their problem’s history, scope, and impact.
