Introducing Our New Ticketing System for Mechanical/Design and IT Support

The Department of Chemical Engineering is implementing a Jira-based ticketing system for IT and Mechanical/Design support requests. This system will improve issue tracking, optimize resource allocation, enhance efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Already in use across the university—including in IST and Finance—this platform provides a streamlined way to submit service requests and report issues.
