Introducing Our New Ticketing System for Mechanical/Design and IT Support

The Department of Chemical Engineering is implementing a Jira-based ticketing system for IT and Mechanical/Design support requests. This system improves issue tracking, optimizes resource allocation, enhances efficiency, and supports data-driven decision-making.

Already in use across the university—including in IST and Finance—this platform provides a streamlined way to submit service requests and report issues.

Submitting a Support Request

To request IT or Mechanical/Design support, submit a ticket via the Chemical Engineering Services Desk Portal using the link or email below.
