Emotional Support

If you feel overwhelmed or anxious and need to talk to somebody, please contact the University’s Campus Wellness services, via either Health Services or  Counselling Services. You can also contact the University's Centre for Mental Health Research and TreatmentGood2Talk, a post-secondary student helpline based in Ontario, Canada, is another excellent source of help that is available to all students. 

Engineering also has a Wellness Program that offers a number of student resources.

For emergencies, many of these resources are available by telephone 24 hours a day.
