Please join the Department of Chemical Engineering on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 for a guest lecture by Professor Edson Leite, Scientific Director of the Brazillian Nanotechnology National Laboratory and Professor in the Chemistry Department at Federal University of São Carlos, speaking on the synthesis of ceramic oxides nanoparticles. 

Please join the Institute for Polymer Research (IPR) on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 for a guest lecture by Professor Mitchell Winnik, University Professor of Chemistry at University of Toronto, speaking on Biomedical Applications of Metal-chelating Polymers and Lanthanide Nanoparticles.

Professor Koziński will discuss combustion in supercritical water (SCW), which is one of the least explored processes. He will also present a novel concept for the in situ study of SCW flames, flameless oxidation and gasification.
