Attention Chemical Engineering students: On Wednesday, November 7th, your professors will gather over the lunch hour to share some pizza and good conversation. Drop by the first- and third-floor atriums and join us!

President and Vice-Chancellor, Feridun Hamdullahpur invites you to join fellow UWaterloo alumni at the new offices of Embark Technology as we bring together industry experts (who just happen to be former Waterloo students!) for a panel discussion on the challenges of “Building a Canadian Startup in California.”

The Waterloo Engineering alumni reunion in 2019 is taking place on June 1, 2019. The engineering Classes of 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009 and 2014 are invited to campus to celebrate this milestone in their engineering career.

Join us at the Social Impact Showcase on December 5th, where we will be celebrating the diversity of our GreenHouse innovators and their journeys in social innovation and entrepreneurship. We will be announcing grants for some early-stage, high-potential ideas, and the Social Impact Fund winners will be sharing their stories.

The Waterloo Engineering alumni class reunion in 2020 is taking place on September 26, 2020 online.

Attention Chemical Engineering students: 

In collaboration with our ChE student representatives, we invite you to our ChE Virtual Meet the Profs event for Fall 2021. Just like we did during the past semesters, the event begins with each staff and faculty self-introduction along with providing a brief description of their role and/or research within the Department. Our students are interested to know more about Departmental research, so a round of Q&A from the students will follow the introductions.

Please find attached the invitation with our new date, Thursday, Feb. 5^th. All are welcome but you must register to attend!

Even if you had previously registered, you must re-register, so we know how much delicious pizza we need to order for the new party date.
