Opting into a new certificate program can feel overwhelming, especially one as flexible and wide-ranging as EDGE. If you're interested in learning more about EDGE but aren't sure where to start, consider choosing one of the following options.

Visit us at The Centre

In-person advising is suspended indefinitely as part of the University's response to COVID-19.

The EDGE team is available for advising through The Centre in Needles Hall on Tuesday mornings (9:00-12:00). You can drop by The Centre to ask questions about EDGE, plan your path through the certificate, and handle other common administrative needs like ordering documents and changing your personal information.

Schedule an online appointment on Microsoft Teams with the EDGE advisor Mondays and Thursdays 2-4pm ET to discuss program requirements, planning your future milestones, and more.

Fill out the registration form

When you feel ready to take the leap, our EDGE registration form is online and only takes a few minutes to fill out. After your registration is processed, you'll receive an email with more information about EDGE and an invitation to meet with a member of the EDGE team for an intake meeting. We can help you plot your journey through EDGE and find the best ways to integrate EDGE and everything else you're doing at Waterloo.
