“Advancing sustainable urban development goes far beyond planning – it requires active listening. It is important to be deeply committed to understand the real needs of the communities to build a better future for all. Equally important is to be a lifelong learner to stay updated with new skills and knowledge. Surround yourself with people who bring diverse perspectives. Innovative ideas and transformative projects are always born when a variety of voices come together with a shared mission.”
