David Collins is a seasoned management consultant specializing in entrepreneurial development and the founder and CEO of the Red Beans Group, a consulting team he established in Canada and later relocated to Mississippi.
Collins’ career began in the kitchens of an Italian restaurant during his teenage years, but his passion for entrepreneurship soon led him away from culinary arts. After graduation, he embarked on a global journey with Deloitte, working as a management consultant worldwide.
David returned to academia to study the intersection of AI and political theory at the University of Toronto, as a fellow and then went on to serve as Chief of Staff and Chair of the Senior Management Committee for the National Gallery of Canada, where he managed the institution’s deferred maintenance and art collection.
Now as CEO of Red Beans Group, David leads a team that enhances client operations through data-driven approaches and strategic advice with offices in Canada, the USA and New Zealand.
