Mary Stoody Motz (1912-1967) & Like Father, Like Son

Mary Stoody married John Edward Motz in 1932 and the two had  eight children together. Although she never worked at the newspaper, her obituary states that she was well loved by all there.

In 1933 the Century of Progress International Exposition was held in Chicago and William John and Rose Huck attended as press. In 1939 John Edward and Mary Stoody attended the New York World's Fair.
