Mark Hawley

Mr. Hawley is an experienced business leader who has led business turnarounds, manufacturing start-ups and expansions, established collaborative innovative engineering solutions, and managed a wide range of projects across various industries including automotive, heavy manufacturing, environmental, infra-structure and construction. He has championed rapid growth business plans and “People Make the Difference” human resources platforms leading to the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

He holds a Bachelors’ Degree Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Masters’ Degree in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo, and a Masters’ Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business.

Mr. Hawley is married with two sons (and an empty-nester!). He is a Board Member of the Cambridge Tour de Grand Cycling Event, and enjoys volunteering, cycling, playing guitar, hot yoga, and musky hunting.
