A MASc thesis is expected to define a substantial research problem, provide a comprehensive review of the literature in the research problem area, describe the theoretical, analytical and/or experimental solution, and provide a comprehensive set of conclusions and recommendation.
For complete instructions and timelines for the MASc thesis process, visit the MASc Thesis and Degree Completion page.
MASc Thesis Seminar:
The MASc thesis seminar is a 30-minute presentation on the thesis topic as part of the degree program. Must be scheduled within the last term before completion of degree requirements.
