Title: Shalom Counselling Services series
Administrative history: Shalom Counselling Services began in November 1982 as a project of Mennonite Central Committee Ontario (MCCO). It was intended to make available professional counselling services in Ontario communities with a significant Mennonite population. In 1993 Shalom was released from the Mennonite Central Committee Ontario structure and incorporated as a separate non-profit charity.
Custodial history: Received with a transfer of records from MCCO in 2014
Scope and content: These are the files kept by MCCO in its role of providing oversight to Shalom Counselling from 1980-1992
