Dr. William Ngo completed his OD (2011) and PhD (2016) at the University of Waterloo's School of Optometry & Vision Science and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (2019). He then spent three years serving as the Head of Biosciences at the Centre for Ocular Research & Education. His research interests include tear film and ocular surface pathophysiology, dry eye disease, and meibomian gland dysfunction.
"It is a great honour to join the faculty at UWOVS," says Dr. Ngo. "In this new role, I look forward to fostering our upcoming generation of optometrists and vision scientists."
