Welcome to the University of Waterloo. Visitor parking is available in a number of locations across campus in gated lots or by using the AMP mobile app.
AMP Mobile pay
The AMP mobile pay (AMP) app provides a convenient digital payment experience by eliminating the need for physical machines and paper tickets. With AMP, you can view pictures of parking locations for easy reference, renew parking sessions from your phone, and more. Authorized payment options include Visa, American Express, or MasterCard.

Visitor parking is available in several locations across campus in open lots by using the AMP mobile pay app.

Lots B (marked visitor spots at Eng 6), C, CLV, J, N, Q, S, V, W, X, Optometry (visitor), and the Toby Jenkins lot: $10.00 per day

Lot M: $11.45 per day

Physical Activities Centre, Student Life Centre, South Campus Hall, University Club, Davis Centre, General Services Complex, Research Advancement Centre (RAC), Village 1 lots (west and east cul-de-sac): $4.30 per hour ($13.80 max)

School of Architecture: $10.00 per day
The following lots are available as visitor lots Monday – Friday after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends. These lots allow for reservation during visitor hours by Waterloo Departments only:

Lot A: $4.29 per hour (max $13.80). Currently unavailable during construction.

Lot B: $10.00 per day

Lot D: $4.29 per hour (max $30.00)*

Lot H: $4.29 per hour (max $20.01)* available after 6:00 p.m.

Lot R: $4.29 per hour (max $30.00)
* After 6:00 p.m. an additional cost of $8.28 will be added.

If you have any issues operating gated lots, please use the help button located next to the machine or call Sustainable Transportation at 519-888-4567 ext. 33100. Gated lots accept Visa, MasterCard or Debit. We do not accept American Express, Tim Hortons Visa, or Visa Debit.
