Paying it forward
Waterloo Pharmacy alum and preceptor Marian Gurguis (Rx2011) is helping shape the next generation of pharmacists at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. By empowering students to take an active role in patient care, she helps build their confidence, clinical judgment and readiness for practice while giving back to her profession.
From grand opening to graduation
A childhood visit to Waterloo Pharmacy’s grand opening in 2009 inspired Sapna Tripathi (PharmD ’26) to pursue pharmacy. Seventeen years later, she graduates with diverse co-op and patient care experiences and a passion for community pharmacy.
