The School of Pharmacy and the Pharmacy Graduate Association (PhGA) at the University of Waterloo invite you to join us for Pharmacy Research Day 2026!

Dr. Jean Martin Beaulieu

We are honoured to welcome Dr. Jean Martin Beaulieu as our keynote speaker for Pharmacy Research Day 2026.


Dr. Beaulieu is an Associate Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Toronto. The Beaulieu Lab investigates how psychoactive drugs, stress, and psychiatric risk genes affect overlapping cellular mechanisms in mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder, major depression, and schizophrenia. Dr. Beaulieu's research aims to identify novel drug targets that enhance therapeutic effects while minimizing side effects.
