Follow the guidelines below when planning an event
All events hosted by Pharmacy-related groups (online or in-person) as well as all events taking place in the School of Pharmacy building must be accompanied by an approved Special Event Form.
Please ensure that your event request has included all relevant information. The more complete the request, the easier it is for us to consider it. If there is not enough room on the form, feel free to include additional information in the accompanying email sent to our Alumni Advancement and Engagement Coordinator, Marrissa Parkinson.
Please note that submitted event forms are reviewed on a weekly basis. Kindly allow at least 5 business days for our team to review your submission and respond with any additional details needed to fulfill your request.
Before submitting an Event Form, please ensure:
- Your event is in line with your club or group’s mandate (note: if fundraising is not in your group’s mandate, a fundraising event would likely not be approved).
- You have consulted the SOPhS Event Calendar to ensure your event does not conflict with other SOPhS’s events
- As much detail as possible is included!
