Denise Kreutzwiser
Denise Kreutzwiser 2023 Recipient, Rx2011

Denise Kreutzwiser works in a large interdisciplinary outpatient clinic at St. Joseph’s Hospital in London, ON as a pain management program pharmacist. Denise recently developed the, first of its kind, year-one ambulatory and post-acute care pharmacy residency program focused on pain, rehabilitation and mental health care. 

Dr. Paul Malik is a pharmacist-scientist responsible for clinical and design elements in the development of a new compound for the treatment of ALS as part of the AbbVie-Calico collaboration. Read more about Dr. Paul Malik.

Rui Su is the Co-founder, COO, and Chief Clinical Officer at MedMe Health, a healthtech company committed to the advancement of pharmacy clinical services including the COVID-19 vaccine rollout in pharmacies across Canada. Read more about Rui Su.

Farzan Dadfar manages NKS Health, a unique pharmacy located in the Greater Toronto Area that provides specialized therapies for chronic autoimmune conditions. Read more about Farzan Dadfar.

Michael Kani is a community pharmacist and owner of Michael’s Pharmacy in Saskatoon. He is also the co-owner of Langham Pharmacy in Langham, Saskatchewan. Read more about Michael Kani.

I gained so much from the School in terms of my knowledge and skills, that I’ve used both in my personal and professional life. As anyone will tell you a student from Waterloo Pharmacy is exceptional. I feel extremely honoured and privileged to receive this award.
