Brett Barrett
Biography
Brett Barrett is a consultant pharmacist and associate professor at the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy. She specializes in infectious diseases and institutional pharmacy practice, contributing significantly to both areas of the curriculum. Professor Barrett leads curricular innovation, supports teaching quality across the School, and promotes interprofessional education. She maintains a clinical practice at Waterloo Regional Health Network @ Midtown and supports the Waterloo Region Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program. Professor Barrett’s teaching emphasizes clinical readiness, interprofessional collaboration and antimicrobial stewardship.
