Welcome to the QNFCF

The Quantum-Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility (QNFCF) is a core scientific research platform operating under the University of Waterloo's Office of Research

The QNFCF operates ISO 4/5/6 cleanrooms in the Mike & Ophelia Lazaridis Quantum-Nano Centre in addition to multiple satellite labs in the Quantum-Nano Centre (QNC) and Research Advancement Center (RAC1 and RAC2) buildings.

Registered Members receive extensive hands-on training & benefit from access to detailed standard operating procedures and baseline nanofabrication processes.
