Plasma Etching Lunch and Learn

The Quantum-Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility (QNFCF) is pleased to host a lunch and learn event on January 26th to discuss plasma etching capabilities available at QNFCF. We will have a short lecture from Dr Lino Eugene on the basics of plasma etching as well as specific details about plasma etch chemistries and the capabilities of our multiple plasma etch tools. There will be an opportunity at the end of the lecture for a Q&A session.

This lecture is being delivered at a basic level, however some general knowledge of microfabrication is assumed. Community members who are interested in knowing more about this capability are encouraged to register and participate.

A pizza lunch will be provided to all participants.
