Mill Race Trail
We invite you to join us for our first Lets Get Active hike of the year. The Mill Race Trail is an easy, level, stone-dust trail that parallels the mill race diversion of the Conestogo River from the old Snider Mill in St. Jacobs, upstream to the dam at Three Bridges Rd. west of the village. Proximity to the village, and the hard-packed, level, stone-dust trail surface makes it ideal for hikers of all ages. The trail follows the division and reunion of the Conestogo River entering St. Jacobs from the west. It dates back several generations and is known locally as "Lovers Lane". This will be an out and back hike - approximately 4 km round trip.
After the hike, participants are welcome to join others for a coffee at the Eco Cafe.
Tuesday April 21, 2026
