Netting the Waters - Lake Erie commercial fishing documentary screenings
Enjoy additional screenings of 'Netting The Waters', a documentary from RoseLe Studios (approx. 118 minutes), that investigates the commercial fishing industry in and around Port Dover, Ontario:
In addition to the Wednesday, January 29th (6:45 pm) show, more dates have been added to the Princess Cinemas' Original Cinema (Princess Street) on February 1st and 2nd. Three more shows have been added to the Twin Cinema (King Street) on February 3rd, 5th and 6th. Tickets are $20.00 per person ($20.00 plus a $1.00 service fee on-line), and can be ordered in advance (recommended) from Princess Cinemas.
In addition to being an experienced filmmaker, Daryl Granger is a licensed commercial drone pilot, and his cinematography ranges from reality-style videography, underwater camera filming, and overhead drone footage. The combination of these styles provides a fascinating behind-the-scenes experience of the lives and challenges of today's stewards of the local commercial fishing industry.
Similar screenings are selling out across Southern Ontario. You can purchase tickets on-line through the Princess Cinemas - PayPal is an option for those who prefer not to use their credit card on-line.
