Hike and Lunch in Floradale
Join us for a hike around the Woolwich Reservoir, followed by the option of lunch at Bonnie Lou's in Floradale. This is an easy, well-maintained trail forming a 7KM loop encircling the Woolwich Reservoir. The trail is mostly through large trees, passes over the Woolwich Dam and has lots of opportunities to view the reservoir and the waterfowl and birds along the way. Following the hike, for those interested, we may go to Bonnie Lou's cafe for lunch.
To facilitate lunch at the end of the trail, please park in front of Bonnie Lou's Café in Floradale, meeting at 9:30 AM with a start time of 9:45 AM. The hike will be about 2.5 hours in total. Please note that the lunch after the hike is optional. Registration is required, so that the restaurant can be informed of how many guests to expect.
The hike is FREE to attend. Lunch is paid by you ala-carte.
