Your UW Retirees Association presents a Free On-line Workshop, provided by local Dr. Rob Green of Price Health and The Fit Club. The workshop will focus on tips for healthy aging. Trying new activities helps you connect with people in new ways and helps keep you active.
Healthy Aging Workshop is FREE
Exercise for older adults improves mobility, enhances brain function, relieves stress, improves balance, and builds strength and confidence.
- Discover tips to keep your mind and body healthy, and staying active
- Discover the power of stretching and the effect it has on the brain and total wellness.
