Main accountabilities:

• Strategic planning and development
• Human resources management
• Operational oversight including space, equipment, technology and building security
• Financial oversight
• Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders

Tracy holds a CPA designation.  Her previous positions at UW include Faculty Financial Officer and Faculty Financial Analyst in the Dean of Engineering office.  Prior to joining the University, she was the Accounting Officer for the Waterloo Region District School Board and a Senior Manager at KPMG, Waterloo Office.

Main accountabilities:

• Human Resources Management – Oversees Advisors, Program and Scheduling Managers, and Administrative Support team
• Planning and Execution – Academic programs and the related operations and administrative activities that support student success
• Directs Advising Team – Guidance on implementing policy, sensitive or complicated student cases, and academic progression
• Scheduling and Enrollment – Oversees scheduling processes (courses and exams) and enrollment. Forecasts courses and teaching needs.

Main accountabilities:

• Manages the term-by-term scheduling for all AFM, SFM and CFM undergraduate courses
• Collaborates with Program Directors and SAF Advisors for all related programs (AFM, CFM, SFM, Math CPA and Science Biotech CPA) to develop course and exam timetables free from conflict
• SAF scheduling room representative for the AFM program – schedules academic and non-academic room scheduling
• Leads the administrative team that provides main office support, course administration and technical support, exam scheduling process, payroll and related academic operations
