Joyce has been with the MTax program since 2004 and manages the day-to-day administrative responsibilities and supports to the Director of the MTax program, working out of both the Waterloo and Toronto sites. Joyce has previously held positions within the Registrar’s Office and Centre for Behavioural Research and Program Evaluation.

Lynn Graham
Co-op and Experiential Learning Coordinator

Main accountibilities:
- Advises students on co-op planning related to SAF policies and SAF work/study sequences
- Coordinates learning opportunities related to co-op and career development starting with the Launch Your Career conference and the Co-op Ready conference
- Develops new avenues of employment and collaborates with employers and the staff in the Co-operative and Experiential Education Department to bring about value added co-op experiences
Lynn Graham has been a staff member at the University of Waterloo campus in areas such as Public Relations, Recruitment, Anthropology Department, the Centre for Ground Water Research and most recently in the School of Accounting and Finance. In her student services role, Lynn is also involved in Orientation planning, transition activities for students entering university, and the Peer Mentoring Community of Practice on campus.

Jenny Rothwell
PhD, CAE and Special Events Coordinator

Main accountabilities:
- Acts as the central resource regarding graduate policies, procedures and academic processes for the PhD in Accounting program including advising students on guidelines, deadlines, changes, milestones, proposal, thesis requirements, convocation, etc. in accordance with University policies and procedures.
- Coordinates all aspects of the PhD in Accounting program including budget, scholarship, student payments, comprehensive exams, proposals, thesis presentations.
- Coordinates and assists with all aspects of the Centre for Accounting Ethics’ finances and activities.
- Arranges and organizes conferences and workshops for the school’s research centres, seminars, and other events, on and off-site, including building budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Acts as the main point of contact for SAF faculty and external speakers for the weekly research seminar series including arrangements for speakers and their schedules.
- Arranges and organizes retirements, SAF social events, and other events/conferences as required by SAF.
Heather Shaw
CFM Program Manager

Main Accountabilities:
- Responsible for student recruitment, engagement, academic advising, alumni relations, and employer development.
- Handles the day-to-day operations and management of the program.
- Responsible for recruiting future students into the CFM program.
- Connect with students at campus and off-campus events, responding to student inquiries, managing confirmation strategies, and developing communications.
