Role specific accountabilities:

  • Assist in various departmental projects, including data mapping, and validation support to the Real Estate Asset Management Project
  • Assist in development of new analytics reports
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of process documentation
  • Ensuing continuity by providing cross training at the end of the assignments

Required skills:

  • The ideal candidate will be enrolled in years 3-5 of University at the time of internship, working towards a degree in Accounting, Math, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or Computer Science
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and investment products
  • Knowledge of investment operations and accounting
  • Demonstrated superior computer skills; advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of VBA/Macros, SQL, databases is desirable
  • Hands on experience in finance/accounting in a financial or securities capacity desirable
