The School of Accounting and Finance (SAF) has recently transferred to using the University-wide Decisions platform for term sequence change requests. The school has adopted the system, allowing all SAF students to use the new Decisions tool.

- Please note that Work Terms 1 and 2 must each be completed within the 4-month work terms.
- 8-month work terms are only permitted for Work Terms 3 and 4 and may be completed only after the 3B academic term.
- In the AFM default work-study sequence, Work Terms 2 and 3 are scheduled during Fall terms. Students who secure employment for a Winter term may submit a Request for Sequence Change Form to move a co-op work term to Winter.
- Students seeking placements for Work Terms 2 and 3 are expected to continue searching for Fall opportunities until the end of co-op Cycle 2 before submitting a Request for Sequence Change Form with the reason as "Did Not Secure Employment."
