How we support Instructors
The primary role of Instructional Support Coordinators (ISCs) is to assist the instructor(s) with their responsibilities, mainly by managing the administrative aspects of running a course. Please refer to ISC Services to Instructors for a summary of the ways we can support your course.
Requesting full-term support
Please indicate your interest for ISC support when filling out the Teaching Preferences Survey for the year. The Associate Chairs will review the requests, and resources permitting, an ISC will reach out to you closer to the start of your course!
If you are a sessional instructor or did not fill out the survey, but would like ISC support, please e-mail the Associate Chairs.
Infrequent or one-off support
If you require infrequent support, such as organizing a test via Odyssey, you can e-mail an ISC directly or to the general ISC e-mail sas-isc@uwaterloo.ca. You do not need to submit a request via the form below.
