Health and medications use are complex issues. We need new drugs to treat and prevent diseases both current and emerging. We need more effective ways to use medications. We need to understand how to optimize health care services and spending. Our faculty are tackling these issues, developing vibrant research programs that range from lab bench to patient bedside.

The generosity of the citizens of Kitchener and the Region of Waterloo played were critical in establishing Waterloo Pharmacy, and we are acutely aware of our responsibility to give back.
