Undergraduate Peer Success Coaches (PSCs) support the Student Success Office by facilitating one‑on‑one coaching, leading workshops, and contributing to transition and outreach activities. PSCs receive training in coaching practices and academic skill development. 

Graduate Peer Success Coaches (GPSCs) support the Student Success Office by facilitating one‑on‑one coaching, leading workshops, and contributing to transition and outreach activities. GPSCs take on expanded leadership and administrative responsibilities such as helping to train undergraduate and graduate PSCs, supporting hiring activities, delivering workshops, liaising with academic support units, and ensuring that resources for graduate students remain current. 

The New Student Transition Specialist (Graduate Students) will work closely with the Graduate Transition Coordinator to ensure that both the needs of new students and Student Success Office are met. There will be varying workloads throughout each term. On average, this position will work 5 hours/week and up to 10 hours/week in the first week of September. It is the responsibility of the Graduate Transition Coordinator to ensure their Supervisor and Department Coordinator (where applicable) are supportive of them working for this position.
