She’s
a
graduate
from
the
University
of
Guelph

and
Nutrition
and
Nutraceutical
Sciences
programs
where
she
took
a
keen
interest
in
“cosmeceuticals”.
Over
the
last
6
years,
she’s
been
working
in
the
Natural
Health
and
Natural
Beauty
industry
in

Through
her
direct
work
experience,
she
became
frustrated
with
her
industry
for
the
high
level
of
misinformation
and
pseudo
science
as
well
as
continued
unsustainable
practices.
In
June
of
2016,
she
left
her
career
to
pursue
an
active
role
in
public
education
and
science
communication
through
her
business
The
Eco
Well.
Today,
she
travels
across
Canada
giving
talks
on
“clean”
cosmetics,
and
DIY
Beauty
seminars.
She
also
has
a
science
podcast
and
a
