Please join us from 10am to 3pm (lunch provided) at the University of Waterloo, Theatre of the Arts on Saturday, February 3rd and discover what you can do to help us transition to a more ecologically inspired future.

You will learn new techniques in design, performance, management and fabrication, and be inspired by leading practices in the industry. Topics will include eco-practices and efficiencies, solution-oriented planning, eco-
design, and sustainable roadmapping.

We will have to cap the event at 45 participants so register early to secure your place!

HOW TO FIND US:
It can sometimes be hard to find our gem of a theatre, so here are some parking directions and a map:

  1. Turn off University Avenue into the main entrance to University of Waterloo at Seagram Drive.
  2. Turn left at the “T”.  You are now on the ring road which encircles the entire campus.
  3. Follow the road around the bend.  You will see a pond on your left.  On your right, just past Environmental Studies 3 (green glass building) you will see the back of the Modern Languages building.  It is set back from the road with an expanse of lawn bordering the road.
  4. Just as you pass Modern Languages there is a stop sign for a crossing and you will notice a walkway leading up from the road.  (If you pass Needles Hall, you have gone too far).
  5. Follow the walkway until it comes to a “T”.  Turn right and enter Modern Languages by the front entrance.  When you see a life-sized boar statue in front of the building, you will know you are in the right spot.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to ma2benne@uwaterloo.ca
