GRT wants to hear from you

The University of Waterloo is located on many major Grand River Transit (GRT) routes, making public transit a common mode of transportation to campus. As GRT starts to plan for 2025-2030, they are asking for feedback from the Waterloo Region. This is a great opportunity for the University community and the Waterloo Region at large to tell GRT how to better service our communities as we head into the next 5-year period.

GRT has opened many feedback tools that can be accessed at EngageWR. So far, there are two surveys asking for feedback on the Conventional Bus and Train Business Plan and the MobilityPLUS and Kiwanis Transit Business Plan. GRT plans to share more opportunities for feedback throughout 2024. These surveys are a great place to give feedback on bus routes, wait times, fare costs, and all things public transit. In addition, GRT has launched a Q+A tool and a mapping tool where community members can submit their ideas directly.
