Course Registration Request at University of Waterloo for Guelph Students in the Joint Graduate Studies in Physics (GSP) Program

Use this form to:

  • Request access to the University of Waterloo LEARN environment.
  • This application is for use by Guelph graduate students enrolled in the joint GSP program (all others must complete the Ontario Visiting Graduate Student form). After enrolling in the course at Guelph please complete this form to gain access to the University of Waterloo LEARN environment.

Instructions:

  • Complete and submit the online application.  Confirmation of your submission will be sent to the email you provide on the form
  • Submit one form for each course in which you would like to enrol.
  • Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA) will add you to the University of Waterloo LEARN platform and send you a confirmation email.

  • fall term: second week of term
  • winter term: second week of term
  • spring term: second week of term
