Do not submit your Supplemental Exam Registration Form until your Advisor has signed the form.
You can submit your completed Supplemental Exam Registration Form and payment ($50) by logging in to our online e-commerce site using yourUniversity of Waterloo username and password. Select Engineering Supplemental Exam Fee from the list. Upload your signed registration form and proceed to checkout. Payment must be completed via credit card.
Once your form has been submitted you will need to contact your professor or program advisor regarding your access to the course materials.
