How do I upload my graduate application documents?

  1. Sign in to Quest.
  2. Select the Admissions tile.

  3. Under the Admissions section, select the Documents link in the program application row for which you wish to upload documents.

  4. Your Documents List is displayed. Select the file link to upload your document or the form link to access the Supplementary Information Form (this is completed within your Student Center). Note: Applicants cannot upload references.

  5. Select OK on the screen and review the Upload Your Document page (Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs website) for information on file requirements for graduate programs applications. Our accepted file formats are: PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF, TIF.

  6. Select Choose File to locate your document for upload. Select the Upload button to submit your document.

  7. Once a document has been successfully added to your file, the status symbol will indicate Uploaded then Completed (per legend). The Status Date will reflect the date on which you uploaded your documents. Note: All documents in support of your application (including references) must reflect a Completed status by the application deadline for your program. Sample:
