Health Services appointments
Health Services physicians can see you for sexual health concerns, counselling, and more if you set up an appointment. Health Services offers:
- Confidential STI testing, counselling and health monitoring
- Birth control dispensing and counselling
- Emergency contraception, pregnancy tests, and counselling
- Doctors who are trained in advising same-sex couples, as well LGBTQ2S health concerns

Region of Waterloo Public Health
The Region of Waterloo Public Health Department offers many services including access to birth control methods, testing for sexually transmitted infections including HIV, birth control information, and pregnancy testing. More information about locations and times for counselling and testing can be found on their website.
The Sexual Health Options, Resources & Education (SHORE) Centre (formerly Planned Parenthood) provides "safe, confidential, non-directed and non-judgmental information and support for anyone facing an unplanned pregnancy". They also offer free pregnancy tests, condoms, dental dams, and lubricant; as well as a variety of information, resources and workshops.
Peer Health Education – Hot and Spicy
The Hot & Spicy Peer Health Education Team is dedicated to promoting sexual health, safer sex, healthy relationships, and so much more. Throughout the school year, Hot & Spicy hosts a variety of events and display booths on campus to promote the various topics.
